Accessing the AT&T NSG Sandbox Support forum - for approved developers only

[ Edited ]
The AT&T API Platform offers RESTful APIs and an improved developer experience to AT&T Developer Program members. Sign up today at http://developer.att.com/sandbox!

If your project has received AT&T business approval to on-board their application(s) to the AT&T Network Services Gateway. Use the NSG Sandbox to develop and test applications that use our legacy SOAP Parlay X APIs with production mobile devices before proceeding to lab certification.

AT&T continues to provide a private forum moderated by AT&T technical support to assist you with the SOAP Parlay X APIs. We provision access to the AT&T NSG Sandbox Support forum after you have completed your access request in the AT&T Sandbox Developer Dashboard.

To access this forum, you must:
1. Complete the 'Create New Request' workflow in the AT&T Sandbox Developer Dashboard (access via http://developer.att.com/nsgresources, then use the left navigation On-boarding > AT&T NSG Sandbox and follow the instructions on this web page)
2. Follow the instructions in the Welcome email you receive after completing your request

Once your AT&T Developer Program member ID (username) is provisioned with access to the private forum, you will see the AT&T NSG Sandbox Support forum listed near the bottom of the Forums page under Community.

For reference, this is the direct link to the AT&T NSG Sandbox Support forum:

I can't seem to access the sandbox support either.  Can you update/upgrade my account settings?
