Hi Amish,
There is no true real time access, but you can use our API platform to send audio to get transcribed into text via our Speech API. If you have a developer login, you can see here for more information about the Speech API.

Hi, I'm also very interested in 'realtime' speech-to-text processing... and while I know that we are quite some ways away from such technology, I still can't find in any of the FAQ's the average time to expect for each query to response transmission? What sort of time could one expect in most ideal to normal situations? Essentially the time from sending off the recording of x words and getting the JSON back. <1 sec or <5sec or...?

Hello,
The speech response time depends on many factors, some of which are the audio format, audio length and context being used. Therefore we do not advertise our response times as it would be complex. However, we encourage you to try the API yourself so that you can gather empirical data geared towards your application.
