Using the Generic ASR model,
i've been able to get Spanish results when English was spoken.
Is there a way to turn off the automatic language detection?
thanks

Hello,
Generic is the only context that supports Spanish and English, and is bilingual. Hence, to get around this, you could try one of the other contexts to see if it gives you the results you want.
Let me know if that helps out or not,
Cheers,

The QuestionAndAnswer model seems to work for my data.
Thanks

Looks like that was a bug. If you're using curl, append
--header "X-Arg:task=en"
This is in my quickstart guide at http://brss.us/attSpeechApi
