AT&T Open Call
Congratulations to all of the developers who presented at the 2010 Open Call at CTIA in Las Vegas. The process of selecting finalists was no easy task. After two days straight of presentations we reviewed over 90 applications.
Entries presented ranged from Enterprise Based Solutions to Consumer targeted productivity, safety and entertainment applications. We had an application that allowed users to publish and share coverage of sporting events from the field to your active network in real time. This is perfect for parents sharing kids sporting events to family that can’t be there. There was an application that holds text messages, e-mails, and calls while driving, cutting down on driving distractions. Another application allows Moms-to-be stay informed about their pregnancy, such as tracking contractions and baby kicks. One other interesting application is the Sudoku game that will plant a real tree when you reach a certain level.
These are just some examples of the unique applications presented, but there were many more that stood out. I encourage all participants to continue to keep AT&T informed about application updates and sales opportunities. Thank you again to all who participated.
