AT&T and IBM Developer Programs Working Together

As technologies evolve rapidly and customers desire to use applications everywhere, all developers need to start thinking about mobility—and then to keep their apps competitive, mobile developers need to think about how to bring greater value to their apps by integrating the cloud and enablers.  With this complexity, developers need all the help and information they can get. 

In this spirit, AT&T and IBM plan to work together to make the overall developer experience easier.  We want to combine the wealth of information on IBM DeveloperWorks with the mobile information and device information from the AT&T Developer Site and make it easier for developers of either community to learn about key resources in the other community.

We will be posting a series of blogs on the site to share some of the unique content we have, such as our recently announced Speech API or our Application Resource Optimizer (which we just released as open source).

This is just the start—there will be deeper work together in the future (e.g. we will be integrating our APIs into the IBM Worklight tool).  We are excited about this and hope this brings strong value to the developer community.
