With the recent release of the HP Veer running webOS on AT&T, we wanted to take a look back at the history of Palm (now HP) webOS.  While Part 1 and Part 2 focused on the history of webOS, Part 3 takes a look at where webOS is going and what HP plans do with it (tablets, printers, PCs, and more!). As this is a great time for developers to reexamine webOS development, we have also included some resources available from HP and the webOS community to help you get started
