With the recent release of the HP Veer running webOS on AT&T, we wanted to take a look back at the history of Palm (now HP) webOS.  While Part 1 and Part 2 focused on the history of webOS, Part 3 takes a look at where webOS is going and what HP plans do with it (tablets, printers, PCs, and more!). As this is a great time for developers to reexamine webOS development, we have also included some resources available from HP and the webOS community to help you get started

With the recent release of the HP Veer running webOS, we take a look back at the history of Palm (now HP) webOS. Part 1 focused on the original development of webOS and its early adoption (and issues) and in Part 2 we will focus on Palm's continued attempt to try and regain marketshare in the smartphone market that ultimately let to their purchase by HP.  Finally, stay tuned for an upcoming 3 that will look to the future of webOS, including tools and resources that HP is deploying to help attract and support developers
