Developing on ATT with Android

I'm still not sure what I need to do.  Do I just download the Android SDK and run adb?  It seems like I need to install some special drivers first but I don't see those.

How do I do this?

Hey Blubberbot,

You may need to install the Google USB Driver Package. This can be installed from the Android SDK and AVD Manager.
