As I was given the wrong information by several employees, I need to know how do I get out of the agreement I signed for now. I was finally inform the correct answer, after many times of me asking and wanting to be sure I was in the right place. Thanks to dakomato, he/she was the one that wrote to me and he/she explained that you guys, (At&t) don't do photo application development. So I need to know how and what I am supposed to do to get out of your services and what do I do with all the signatures that I had signed.
As I have also brought up a couple of times, the fact that I could not use the help nor the FAQ due to a WARNING!!!!! THAT I WOULD GET and ABORT!!!!! I never got a response of what to do about the help & FAQ not working for me. Therefore I can not even check out the help section to find out.
I thank you and I will appreciate your help with this matter.

In the response I got on my email I followed the website given, I sign in and there is nothing at all. The only thing I got was from the forum that it said that it was moved to the sand....section. I go there and look for the answer from someone else, I follow what it says but then I get, sorry you do not have sufficient privelages for that action. This is getting old, you all have the worst follow up help I have ever seen.

Thank you for your post. We're sorry that our distribution platform does not currently support individual wallpaper file uploads.
With regards to the clickthrough agreement that you electronically signed, we will cancel your agreement per your request. I have also forwarded the information about the FAQ problem that you were experiencing to our web development team to review.
