When you attended the conference you should have received a handout in your bag or with your tablet with instructions on how to activate your account. If you also stopped by our booth at BUILD and activated the process is very similar. Go to the ACM (AT&T Communications manager) tile on your desktop (tablet desktop) and go in and modify your account. If you login with your user name and password it will give you my account and my devices. Click on my devices, tap in that box and scroll to the bottom and you can put in your new promo code. When you enter in BUILDDEC then click ok at the bottom of that page and it will reactivate your SIM.
