Hello,
I am developing a SMS sender/receiver J2ME midlet, and test on nokia phones. The SMS receiver is listening on port 20000. The problem is when I test sender/receiver inside AT&T network, SMS could be received by the receive. However, if I sent SMS from t-mobile network to AT&T network, nothing could be received.
My midlet is NOT yet signed.
Anybody has clue about this? Does AT&T block all cross-carrier binary SMS?
