Will there be an opportunity for existing iphone app developers with apps to have their iphone apps preloaded in the AppCenter on apple devices? I currently have 40 iphone apps in the app store, but would also like them in the AppCenter. Will Apple allow this?

Hello - Apple manages/controls all application onboarding, merchandising and pre-loads for their devices so you would need to follow up with Apple directly.
I'm not sure if I'm following your question - but AT&T AppCenter does not appear on Apple products (iPhone/iPad), so there wouldn't be any need to submit your iPhone content for AppCenter. AppCenter does support content for other platforms, including Java, Symbian, BlackBerry, Brew Mobile Platform, and Windows Mobile. If you have content that supports these platforms and would like to distribute your content via AppCenter, please visit the LAUNCH section of the AT&T Developer Program web site.
