Hello:
We are a cellular phone game company in Beijing China.
And We'd like to cooperate with you,
Provide you with third party applications.(Brew,Ja va,Android,I-phone)
So We need your help.
Does the company cooperation way same as personal developer ?(Following Developer program steps?)
Other Questions
1.How much money we have to pay.(every possible)
2.If we intend to develop applications, Did we need to download the SDK Then to get authorized? We have a lot of completed application,Did We need remake them?
3.Did you have another sales mode?Like downloads application through the mobile phone,This distribution channel, Did you need to review our company qualifications? If yes,What are the necessary prerequisites?
We are eagerly looking forward to your help.
Thank you!

Greetings! Thank you for your inquiry. Here are the answers to your questions:
Does the company cooperation way same as personal developer ?(Following Developer program steps?)
Other Questions
1.How much money we have to pay.(every possible)
There is no cost to join the AT&T Developer Program and no cost to submit your application to distribute your app via AT&T AppCenter. The only cost you could incur is getting your application code signed, which you would need to purchase digital certificates from our code signing partner, GeoTrust (for Java apps submitted to AT&T AppCenter). If you would like to distribute your Android or iPhone apps, you would need to submit directly to Android Market or the Apple App Store, and follow their submission process (including any fees that they may charge).
2.If we
intend to develop applications, Did we need to download the SDK Then to
get authorized? We have a lot of completed application,Did We need remake
them?
This depends on the application platform. If you have native Java apps, you can submit them via the Developer Dashboard. There is no need to rebuild the app. For iPhone apps, simply submit them to Apple and once approved, they should be accessible by AT&T subscribers. For Android apps, you would need to make sure that your apps work as desired on AT&T's Android devices. You can learn more about AT&T Android device specs via the devices section of this web site.
3.Did you
have another sales mode?Like downloads application through the mobile
phone,This distribution channel, Did you need to review our company
qualifications? If yes,What are the necessary prerequisites?
Yes, AT&T does have our own app storefront, AppCenter. AppCenter is pre-loaded on a majority of our mid-tier and feature phones, as well as our BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices. For Android, iPhone and Palm devices, we work with our partner OEMs and publish their storefronts to the respective devices.
If you submit your application via our AT&T Developer Dashboard, you will agree to our NDA and standard distribution agreement. After you submit your first app, AT&T will review your app against our content policy guidelines. You can follow the entire app onboarding process online via our Developer Dashboard.
