On Wednesday (6/30/2010), at the Uplinq conference in San Diego; David Christoper (CMO, AT&T Mobility & Consumer Market) announced the launch of LiveChat Support. LiveChat is a new support tool offered by the Developer Program.
When a developer signs in as a member, he/she will see the LiveChat link on the support page. LiveChat agents will answer your questions in real time (9 am to 5 pm PT, weekdays). LiveChat is a good resource when you need a quick answer to your questions.
Last week, over 30 developers joined the LiveChat trial and provided us with valuable feedback. We want to hear your feedback. When you help us improve our service, you will also have a chance to win a 3G device. Please give LiveChat a try and we look forward to any feedback that you may have.
