I'm a Data Network Specialist with the Marine Corps and we just purchased about 20 Samsung Rugby II's on a government contract and I need to find out what I need to do to get the GPS, camera and bluetooth on all these phones disabled for the users I will be issuing these phones out to, all the things I mentioned are all items that are not allowed on our phones due to Operational Security and Communication Security (OPSEC and COMSEC).
