partnership and sms scheduler help

i have an sms scheduler type iphone app. It promotes the 'dont text and drive' campaign and working on partnering up with mothers against texting and driving and a couple insurance companies who promote not texting while driving... I am looking for some help with the sms gateway end of it... it gets quite costly depending on the popularity of the app.  Who could i contact at At&t to ask about options in helping with the costs for the gateway.  I am also looking to a percentage of the app sales for the partenership.     any info would be appreciated
